Job Description:
In this position you are responsible for the concept & game design of our social games. Your game ideas will be realized by our development and design team.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Construct engaging and creative gameplay mechanism in social games
- Write concept design document and detailed game design document
- Write copy and names for all game elements including story lines
- Analyze live game data to constantly improve existing gaming experience
- Collaborate with game artists and engineers throughout the entire game production cycle
- Contribute to user interface design and in-game flows
Key requirements:
- Significant industry game design experience
- Experienced on game design knowledge
- Experienced on game balancing with numbers
- Good understanding on the latest social game mechanisms
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
- Facebook game development experience is a plus
