Job Description:
TribePlay is looking for resourceful and motivated Game Producer to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for producing, testing and developing of upcoming social games.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for working in a team environment to create inspirational social games for web and potential future platforms for global and local distribution
- Work as lead designer and producer for multiple parallel projects
- Responsible for full-cycle management of multiple projects, delivering high-quality, and innovative games on time
- Understand, refine, and disseminate the product vision to the team and the company
- Distill product vision into a sensible, prioritized schedule; drive project related issues to timely resolution
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product related assets required by marketing and distribution channels
- Develop game applications that take full advantage of the various platform's capabilities
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years game development experience at the Producer level or above
- Knowledge of software development process, project management and performance management
- Online game experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Have passion, knowledge and a strong interest in a wide range of games
