Work location:
Chengdu, Sichuan
Job Description:
In this position, you are responsible for conceptual development and visual execution for our game projects. The art director will be able to set out the art style for our projects and lead our team of junior artist to project completion.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Working with a team of artists, designers and animators to deliver quality solutions in the agreed timeframes
- Define visual and art standards/systems and ensure all creative material is constant
- Manage our art team, in aspects of accuracy of art scope, time-schedule, and budget
Key requirements:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience including at least 2 years art team management work experiences
- Experience directing production artists to a successful delivery of the product vision
- Must have experiences with determining and controlling the general art style of a project
- Experience in Flash
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field
- Independent & problem-solving abilities
- We are looking for an internationally-oriented, performance-driven self-starter and team player
